Who's behind it

Tiffany Keegan, 28, an elementary school teacher from Yonkers.

Why we love it

Variety! This feed is fun. Keegan showcases plenty of foodie porn -- she loves a runny egg yolk and gooey cheese! -- and visits lots of Westchester favorites (Fortina, Polpettina, Sushi Mike's).

But. We also get to live vicariously through her on her New York City dining escapades and her fabulous travels.

France and Spain! Holly Go Lightly, watch out!

Name a defining moment that made you love food.

Until somewhere around age 21 my diet lacked any diversity — I didn't even eat cheese! I started working at Sammy's Downtown in Bronxville, which perpetuated a culinary coming of age that may have potentially altered the course of my life.

The food was executed with such care and attention that you could taste in everything. I became very adventurous wanting to taste everything that came out of the kitchen. From there on, my plate quickly became my passion.

Why did you start a food IG account?

I had always had an interest in cooking and photography so it all just kind of fell together. I was constantly posting pictures of what I'd eaten and people I knew started to pay attention. It did, however, take coercion from a few friends to convince me to put myself out there in the capacity of my own food page. In retrospect, I'm glad that they were so persistent.

Name three favorite restaurants near your home.

I'm an old school Italian joint girl at heart. Carlo's in Yonkers, Johnny's Pizzeria in Mount Vernon and The Parlor in Dobbs Ferry.

A memorable dish you tried recently?

As basic as it sounds at first, it was a fried chicken sandwich from The Wooden Spoon in New Rochelle.

The execution is what made it stand out. Perfectly crispy chicken tucked between grilled Texas toast with cheddar, bacon, fried onions, and maple mustard. It was anything but ordinary.

Top tip for aspiring food Instagrammers?

Be unapologetically yourself. Post whatever it is you love and support the people and places that support you.

Authenticity is attractive. There are billions of people out there so make sure you show everyone why the world through your eyes is worth seeing.

Best kept food secret in Westchester, Rockland or Putnam?

Goldberg's Bagels in Yonkers.

You won't get anything fancy or trendy and that's what I love  just straight up genuinely delicious bagels. My weekend go to is a bacon, egg and cheese on an everything bagel with Tabasco. It's everything. See what I did there?
